I am a trauma survivor. I have worn this badge with pride for a very long time. Lately though, I have been wanting more.

I will share experiences that could be triggering for others. I will talk about my family. It will not be derogatory but it will be truthful. For some people, the truth hurts.

What do I do? I am an observer of other people. I have worked as a behavior analyst, advocate, and Autism specialist.

I am a friend, an adult child of a mentally ill parent. I have a parent with Autism. I am parent of ASD kids.
