My work is my passion. I love new opportunities to learn and to make someone’s life a little better.

I am the Assistant Program Manager at a group home. The people I support are mostly older adults.

This year my colleagues and I are making it accessible for the residents who have low vision.

This might not be an exciting topic for many people but it is important to me.

At this time we are having the interior of the home repainted to reflect light.

We are finding furniture arrangements that make the home easier to navigate.

I have requested quite a few changes to be taken out of the 2025’s budget.

This is an adventure of research (my favorite thing ) and collaboration with family members of our persons served.
