Interesting question

I think people should eat whatever makes them feel good.

I am on a high protein diet. I eat a lot of greek yogurt. Generally speaking I don’t eat meat very often but I have nothing against it.

My daughter is autistic and has a lot of digestive issues. She prefers vegetarian foods over meat. Meat doesn’t agree with her stomach. I don’t push it.

For some people meat is ok, but, not from certain animals.

I have a friend and work buddy who is Muslim. We get along well enough to tease each other. She offers food to me that I am allergic to and I offer up a trade for bacon or ham. It always ends up in laughter.

If you are going to give up meat, be prepared to read food labels. Marshmallows for an example contain gelatin.

The cheese sauce we make at my job has chicken broth.

I personally add organic chicken or beef bone broth to many of my recipes.

Again, its a choice to be either a carnivore or vegetarian.
